COVID-19 and uEducateUs support
Our support staff are now working from home due to the Victorian Government Stage 3 COVID-19 restrictions.
During this time, all telephone contact must be initiated by raising a 'Request a callback' support ticket.
All requests for a callback will be directed to the appropriate department or person as soon as possible, while all support tickets will be processed with the speed and efficiency that our customers are accustomed to.
You can still get support during business hours, 8.30am to 5pm monday to friday (excluding public holidays).

If you need to speak to someone, rather than raising a support ticket, then request a callback.
You will be called back by the requested person in a timely manner.
